Forwarding Job Openings to


This document is intended to provide explanation on how and when Talent Acquisition Management (TAM) Job Openings are sent to, and how the billing process works.

Instructions for Posting Destination

1. If you would like your Job Opening to post to, navigate to your Job Opening

  • HRS Navigation: Recruiting > Browse Job Openings
  • HRS Navigation: Recruiting > Search Job Openings
  • HRS Navigation: Recruiting Dashboard > Quick Links or My Job Openings pagelet (Recruiters)
2. Select the Details tab on Manage Job Opening page

3. Select Job Postings

4. Select the blue Job Posting title hyperlink within the Job Postings section

5. Scroll to the bottom of the Posting Information page and locate the Job Postings Destination section

6. Populate the following fields:
  • Destination:
  • Posting Type: External Posting
  • Relative Open Date: select appropriate; best practice to use On Approval Date
  • Post Date: will populate after selecting Relative Open Date
  • Remove Date: will populate if Posting Duration (Days) is populated
  • Posting Duration (Days): enter appropriate or leave blank
7. Select OK when finished

8. You will be brought back to Manage Job Opening > Details > Job Postings; select Save

Daily Interface

  • New TAM Job Postings and updates to existing Job Postings are sent daily to around 4:30am
  • staff enter the postings into their system, typically by 10am; may occasionally take longer, especially on weekends

Billing Process

  • Institutions may work with to set up an annual unlimited contract, or they will be billed for individual jobs
  • Each institution is responsible for maintaining a contract and account
  • Contact the UWSS Service Operations to verify the account number and contact person the UWSC has on record; see [Link for document 17960 is unavailable at this time.]

    • The account number and contact person information is sent to with each Job Posting
