Public Service Loan Forgiveness Verification Process
Overview
This KB provides information to complete the employer verification form of the Public Service Loan Forgiveness program through the US Department of Education .Process Considerations:
- Never attach PSLF paperwork to an email if it contains your social security number.
- Including Employee ID Number, in Requester Information or Additional Comments, will assist staff in completing the PSLF form.
