Adding Notes, Attachments, and Expenses to Job Openings in TAM
Notes, attachments, and expense information can be associated to job openings to assist with recruitment record keeping and analytics. Do this on the Activity & Attachments section of the Job Opening page.
Expenses added to the Job Opening Expenses section will show up on the Recruitment Expense Report.
This document applies to Job Openings that are already in Open status. To add attachments to Job Openings in draft or Pending Approval status, use the Job Opening Attachments tab.
Update the Audience field, if necessary. NOTE: This controls who can see the note. The best business practice is to select Public. Private notes can be viewed only by the originator. Public and Interview notes can be viewed by anyone who has access to the job opening.
When finished, click the Add Note button to save the note.
Back on the Manage Job Opening Page, click the Save button when you are finished.
Click the Browse button to navigate to your local drives and select the attachment.
After selecting the attachment, click the Open button.
Click the Upload button and the attachment will appear in the Attachments section.
If necessary, update the Description field. This provides a short description of the attachment.
Update the Audience fields. NOTE: The Audience field controls who can see the note. The best business practice is to
select Public. If the Audience is blank or set to Private, notes can be viewed only by the originator.

On the Manage Job Opening Page, click the Save button when you are finished.
