- Time Administration is setup to run automatically seven times a day (4a, 6:15a, 9a, 11a, 1p, 3p & around 6p).
- Reported time that has a high severity TL Exception will not be processed to payable time until the exception is resolved.
New Reported Time
- Reported time is submitted on the Timesheet or through the Web Clock.
- The Time Admin job runs applying rules and edits to the reported time.
- If any reported time fails one or more of the edits, a TL Exception is generated.
Updated Reported Time
- Updates are made to the reported time and the Timesheet is submitted.
- The updated reported time will not appear in payable time until after the next scheduled Time Admin job runs and all edits are passed.
- If any reported time fails one or more of the Time Admin rules, a TL Exception is generated.
Applying Rules and Edits to Reported Time
- The Time Admin job runs applying rules and edits to the reported time.
- If any reported time fails one or more of the edits, a TL Exception is generated.
- Reported time with a TL Exception severity of ‘Severe’ will not be processed to payable time until the TL Exception is first resolved.
