Signing into a Yealink Phone

Overview:

This is a reference guide for signing into your Yealink desk phone. Any questions should be directed to the Help Desk; helpdesk@support.wisconsin or call (608) 262-7653

Re-authentication to your phone

Due to Universities of Wisconsin policy, you are required to re-authenticate your @wisconsin.edu login. This includes your Yealink desk phone.

 

Methods of re-authenticating:

Log into your Yealink Phone via Code

Your Yealink phone will provide a code when the device is not currently logged into. You can take this code and input it at https://www.microsoft.com/devicelogin. You will be prompted to verify your account and authenticate.

Code not showing?

If your phone does not show a code, please click Refresh Code. This will reestablish connection with Company Portal and provide a code.

 

Log into your Yealink Phone from the device

This method is not recommended, there are known issues sending an Okta push notification.

 

Troubleshooting:

Phone stuck at sign in screen

If your phone is stuck in the sign in process, please disconnect and reconnect the network cable from the back of the phone.

There are two network cables, please disconnect the one in the port labeled Internet.
