Instructions: Accessing Zoom for the first time with your new @wisconsin.edu account.

1. You will have received an email from Zoom no-reply@zoom.us with the subject: A request has been made to change your Zoom sign-in email. The request will change your account sign-in email address from your abcxyz@uwsa.edu account to your new firstname.lastname@wisconsin.edu account. Please locate the message and click Approve This Request in the message.
   
   
   
   

2. A browser window will open, click Send Now to send a verification message to the new email address.
   
   

3. You will receive another confirmation message in your mailbox from Zoom no-reply@zoom.us with subject: Change Zoom sign-in email address click Confirm Change.
   
   
   

4. A browser window will open again, please click Confirm the Change.
   
   

5. A message indicating the Zoom account email address has been updated will display. You can click sign in now.
   
   
   
   

6. You may see a message indicating you are signed out of Zoom, if you don’t see the message please make sure to sign out of your @uwsa.edu account and sign in with your firstname.lastname@wisconsin.edu account before hosting or joining a meeting. Zoom sign in steps are listed below.

Instructions: Sign in to Zoom with a Browser

1. Go to https://wisconsin-edu.zoom.us and click Sign in.
   
   
   
   
2. From the organization drop down select UW-Shared Services and click Go. (If you don't see the organization selection close your browser and start again with an in private or incognito browser.)
   
   
    
   
   
3. Type your firstname.lastname@wisconsin.edu account and password and click Sign In.
   
   
4. You are now signed in to Zoom with your firstname.lastname@wisconsin.edu account.
   
   

Instructions: Sign in to Zoom with the Zoom Client

1. Open your Zoom app from your desktop.
   
   
   
   
2. Click your intials in the upper right corner and select Sign Out. 
   
   
   
   
3. From the Zoom app sign in window type your firstname.lastname@wisconsin.edu account and password then click Sign in.
   
   
   
   
4. From the organization drop down select UW-Shared Services and click Go.
   
    
   
   
5. Type your firstname.lastname@wisconsin.edu account and password and click Sign In. MFA if required.
   
   
   
   
6.  You are now signed into the Zoom app with your firstname.lastname@wisconsin.edu account.
