• For those migrating from a @uwsa.edu to @wisconsin.edu email it is recommended first adding your new email to the app then removing the old account.

Removing An Account Instructions

1. Open the Microsoft Outlook app on your device
   
   
2. Click the Office 365 logo at the top then click Settings or the gear icon
   
   
3. Select the mail account you'd like to remove
   
   
4. Scroll to the bottom and click Remove or Delete Account
   
   
5. Click Delete to confirm
