How to add the Zoom plug-in to Outlook

Process Considerations:

  • This process requires you to have administrator rights on the computer you are installing it on.

  1. Go to and select Sign In

  2. Select UW-Shared Services from the drop-down menu

  3. Log in using your email and password

  4. Scroll to the very bottom of the page and under the Download column click Outlook Plug-in

  5. Click Download

  6. Once the download is finished, click the .msi file to start installation

  7. Keep clicking Next in the install window to accept the install defaults
    You may get a UAC prompt to approve the installation

  8. Once the installation is complete, restart Outlook. On restart you will see the new Schedule a Meeting icon
