Troubleshooting steps for Sticky Notes not working after account merge.

Process Considerations:

  • These steps should be taken if your account has been migrated to an account and you are encountering a stuck loading screen when opening Sticky Notes

  1. Close the Sticky Notes application, wait one minute, then reopen the Sticky Notes application

  2. In the upper right, click the gear icon

  3. Click Sign In

  4. Select your account from the list then click Continue

  5. You are now signed into the application and your notes should populate again.
