Using the Voicemail Web Portal
Overview:
UWSA and UW Extended Campus employees can access their voicemail and change some settings through the web browser. Follow the instructions below to access your voicemail, change your PIN, and/or change your greetings.Process Considerations:
- If you are not in the office and working remotely, you will need to connect to the VPN before proceeding.
Log in to check messages
- Open a web browser and go to voicemail.wisconsin.edu.
- In the Sign In window, sign in with the email address that you are using to sign into Cisco Jabber along with that password.
- Once signed in, you will see your inbox with all your messages.
Changing your voicemail pin
- Click on the Settings button.
- On the top bar, hover over Passwords and then click on Change PIN.
- Type in your new 5 digit PIN into the New PIN and Confirm New PIN fields. Click on Save to change your PIN.
Changing your greeting
- Click on the Settings button.
- Hover over Greetings and select View Greetings.
- Click on the greeting you want to change. The default greeting is the Standard greeting.
- Click on the Record button and record your message. After you are done, click on Save.
