Dialing Instructions

The dialing plan for the VoIP system is different than the dialing plan for the Centrex system.  Use the following guide to help you determine how to place your call.  You can determine whether a UWSA employee is on VoIP or Centrex by referencing the Staff Directory.

Warning SignImportant Note:  The Cisco VoIP desk phones work more like cellular phones than traditional analog phones.  Please dial your number before picking up the receiver or pressing the “Call” button.
