Updating Existing Approvers
- Navigate to: Set up HCM > Common Definitions > Approvals > UW Form Approver List Setup
- On the Find an Existing Value, enter the Process ID (PH_FMLA) and department.
- Click Search.
- Click the plus sign at the Header level.
- The Effective Date will default to current date.
Only current and future dates should be used.
- Previous data will pull through to new row.
- Update Approvers as needed.
- Click Save.
Deactivating an Approver Record
Do not deactivate a Department record
NOTE: If a department has a status of Inactive, it will not be used to find approvers.
- Navigate to: Set up HCM > Common Definitions > Approvals > UW Form Approver List Setup
- On the Find an Existing Value, enter the Process ID (PH_FLMA) and department.
- Click Search.
- Click the plus sign at the Header level.
- The Effective Date will default to current date.
Only current and future dates should be used.
- Change the Status to Inactive.
- Click Save.
