Automatic Performance Management Email Notifications in HRS

Overview

This document will provide an outline of what automatic email notifications are sent from HRS during different steps in the performance evaluation process, including what action triggers the notification and who receives the email.

Process Considerations:

  • Emails are sent to business email address (preferred) as identified in HRS.

Define Criteria Employee selects Ready for Manager Review button Manager
