Public Service Loan Forgiveness Verification Process

Overview

This KB provides information to complete the employer verification form of the Public Service Loan Forgiveness program through the US Department of Education .

Process Considerations:

  • Never attach PSLF paperwork to an email if it contains your social security number.
  • Including Employee ID Number, in Requester Information or Additional Comments, will assist staff in completing the PSLF form.
