UWSS Support - Get help from the UW-Share Services Support
The UW Shared Services - Operations Support team provides support to HR staff and employees for all UW institutions. Operations Support teams typically work directly with UW HR professionals (tier 1 support) that are utilizing the Human Resource System (HRS) for their work. We provide support via phone, email, and our support web form. Current employees should direct any question to their own divisional or departmental HR staff. Former employees should also contact their former departments if at all possible and depending on the situation.
