Yealink Phone - Signing in and Setting up a Pin to Lock Your Phone
Overview:
Signing into your device with your Microsoft 365 Wisconsin.edu account and using phone lock feature when necessary.

Signing into Your Device
- You can sign into your Microsoft 365 account directly on your phone or sign into your phone via a web
sign-in.
Signing into Microsoft Teams on Your Device
- Tap Sign in on this device.
- Enter your M365 credentials (firstname.lastname@wisconsin.edu)
- Multi-Factor with Okta
- Please wait while you are signed in.
Signing into Microsoft Teams via Web Sign-in
- Tap Sign in.
- Tap Sign in on this device from the Sign in screen.
- Go to https://microsoft.com/devicelogin on your computer.
- Enter the code shown on your device and select Next.
- Enter your user credentials or select the desired account to sign in.
Signing out of your Device
- Click the Account settings icon in the top left corner of the screen
- Select Settings from the drop-down menu
- Scroll to the bottom of the Settings menu
- Select Sign out and then OK to confirm
Setup a Pin to Lock your Device
- Select your picture or initials in the top left corner
- Select Settings
- Select Device Settings
- Select Phone Lock
- Turn on Lock Enable (If not on already)
- Enter a 6-digit PIN
- Enter the PIN again to confirm
- Adjust the inactivity time-out
- Tap the checkbox in the top right to save your changes
