Harmony - Update DocuSign Account to New Wisconsin Email

Overview:

Users who migrated to a new email will need to update their DocuSign account to reflect their new Wisconsin email.

Instructions

  1. Login to your DocuSign account with your UWSA.EDU account. On the top right click on your profile with your initials on the icon.
    Profile

  2. Then click on Manage Profile
    Manage Profile

  3. A new screen will appear, scroll down to the "Email address" section. Click on UPDATE.
    Update

  4. A message will appear that looks like this:

  5. Click Continue

  6. Then a screen like this will appear, enter your Wisconsin email address.
    Send Code

  7. Click "SEND CODE", get the code from your email, and enter the code of the Verify Email screen.

  8. Now you should be able to access your account with your Wisconsin account.
