Finding your Outlook Archive File Location

Instructions on locating your Outlook archive file location on your desktop.

Process Considerations:

  • Installed Outlook desktop application.
  • Have setup an archive in Outlook.

Instructions

  1. Open Outlook.

  2. Click on File in the top menu.

  3. Click Tools and select Clean Up Old Items…

  4. Click Browse.

  5. Click into the folder location to highlight and right click to copy the file location to a document. This is the location of your Outlook archive file.
