Create and add an email signature in the Outlook Web App

- Internet access and a browser.
Instructions
- Sign in to www.office.com.
- Open the Outlook Web application.
- In the upper right corner of the page select Settings (gear icon).
- Select Mail > Compose and reply .
- Under Email signature, type a signature name and add your signature in the field.
- Save your signature.
- Repeat steps 1 – 4 to add more signatures.
- Select the default signature for new messages and replies.
- Select Save when you're done.
