Create and add an email signature in the Outlook Web App

Instructions

  1. Sign in to www.office.com.

  2. Open the Outlook Web application.

  3. In the upper right corner of the page select Settings (gear icon).

  4. Select Mail > Compose and reply .

  5. Under Email signature, type a signature name and add your signature in the field.

  6. Save your signature.

  7. Repeat steps 1 – 4 to add more signatures.

  8. Select the default signature for new messages and replies.

  9. Select Save when you're done.
