Locating Your Safe Senders and Blocked Senders Lists

Overview:

How to locate your safe senders and block senders lists for Outlook.

Process Considerations:

  • If you are transitioning from an @uwsa.edu to @wisconsin.edu email account, you may want to review and back up your current senders lists to re-add them in your new email

  • Safe Senders specifies that emails from this sender should never go to the Junk folder
  • Blocked Senders specifies that emails from this sender should always go to the Junk folder

Instructions

  1. Open a browser and go to Office.com

  2. Sign in with your UW System email

  3. On the left side, select the icon for the Outlook web app

  4. In the upper right, select the gear icon

  5. Select Mail > Junk Email

  6. You will now see your safe senders and blocked senders lists
