Opening Notebooks from SharePoint or Teams with OneNote

Overview:

If your notebook is in SharePoint or Teams and you use the OneNote application, follow these instructions to reconnect your notebook back to OneNote.

Instructions

  1. Open the OneNote application

  2. On the left side, click the Notebooks icon

  3. Click on Notebooks or the name of the currently open notebook

  4. Click More Notebooks...

  5. Type the name of the shared notebook or scroll through the list of available notebooks.

  6. Click to open the desired notebook
