Access OneNote Notebooks Post-Migration

Instructions

  1. Open the OneNote application

  2. In the upper left of your application, right-click the name of your notebook and select Close This Notebook
    Repeat this step for all open notebooks

  3. Go to office.com and sign in with your new email account

  4. On the left side, select the OneNote icon

  5. Click All to view all available notebooks

  6. Hover your mouse over the notebook you'd like to open. To the right of the notebook name, select the ellipses (...) then click Open > Open in Desktop

  7. If prompted, select Open

  8. Repeat these steps for each notebook you'd like to open
