Adding The Zoom Plug-In To Outlook
Overview:
How to add the Zoom plug-in to OutlookProcess Considerations:
- This process requires you to have administrator rights on the computer you are installing it on.
Instructions
- Go to wisconsin-edu.zoom.us and select Sign In
- Select UW-Shared Services from the drop-down menu
- Log in using your @wisconsin.edu email and password
- Scroll to the very bottom of the page and under the Download column click Outlook Plug-in
- Click Download
- Once the download is finished, click the .msi file to start installation
- Keep clicking Next in the install window to accept the install defaults
You may get a UAC prompt to approve the installation
- Once the installation is complete, restart Outlook. On restart you will see the new Schedule a Meeting icon
