Adding Members or Guests in Teams

How to add a member to your Team.

Instructions

  1. Open Microsoft Teams

  2. Navigate to the Team you'd like to add a member to

  3. Click on the ellipses next to the Team name to open a pop-up menu
      Warning Sign ImageMake sure you are clicking the ellipses next to the Team name, not a channel name. Selecting a channel name will not allow you to add members to the Team

  4. Click Manage Team

  5. Click Add Member, this will open a pop up window

  6. Type in the name or email address of those you want to add to your Team

  7. Once you've selected everyone you'd like to add, click Add to invite them to the Team
