Troubleshooting steps for Sticky Notes not working after account merge.Process Considerations:
- These steps should be taken if your @uwsa.edu account has been migrated to an @wisconsin.edu account and you are encountering a stuck loading screen when opening Sticky Notes
Instructions
- Close the Sticky Notes application, wait one minute, then reopen the Sticky Notes application
- In the upper right, click the gear icon
- Click Sign In
- Select your @wisconsin.edu account from the list then click Continue
- You are now signed into the application and your notes should populate again.
