Changing Themes in Microsoft 365 Web Apps

The Microsoft 365 theme sets the color scheme and backdrop for the Microsoft 365 navigation bar at the top of the screen. It also changes the color of some of the tiles in the App launcher to match.

  • Access to Microsoft 365 Web

Instructions

  1. Login to Microsoft 365 www.office.com
  2. On the Microsoft 365 navigation bar at the top of the screen, click the Settings icon icon.

  3. Click a theme in the gallery to see it previewed on your screen. Scroll down and click Save to set it as your theme.
