Process Considerations:

•     Obtain your organization’s sign-in URL. This might be available in the Welcome/Activation email that you received from your administrator.

Migrating users: Please see Additional account section for setting up your @wisconsin.edu account.

Initial Setup

1. Sign in and follow instructions to set up your device using one of the links below:
   • If your email ends in @uwsa.edu: https://myapps.uwsa.edu.
   • If your email ends in @wisconsin.edu, @uwss.wisconsin.edu, @uwex.wisconsin.edu, @business.wisconsin.edu, or @wisconsinhumanities.org: https://myapps.wisconsin.edu.
2. Enter your username (email address) and password and click Sign In. 
3. Click Set up.
4. Select Okta Verify Setup
5. Follow the onscreen steps to scan the QR code
   • On your device, download the Okta Verify app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store and install it.
   • Scan the QR code to add it to your device.
     • Biometrics are not required
6. Click Verify. Your device is now enrolled.

Additional account

1. Sign in to the account
   
   • Please reference Okta - Login URL if needed
2. Click Setup for Okta Verify
3. Have the QR code ready to scan
4. In the Okta Verify app, click the plus button in the top right.
5. Select Organization
6. Choose Skip when asked to add account from another device.
7. Select Ready to scan and scan the QR code present on your device.
8. You have setup Okta Verify for mobile and can continue on the browser.
